Zalando puts its trust in SHS VIVEON’s CRM expertise

Munich, December 8, 2011 – SHS VIVEON, solution provider for complete customer management, welcomes its newest customer: Zalando. SHS VIVEON is providing both conceptual and technical support to the online shop for shoes and fashion in the further development of its customer management systems. The aim is to offer Zalando’s customers an even more personalized and exclusive service.
