Management

Dr. Michael Sauter (born in 1971) is the Managing Director of GUARDEAN GmbH since 2008 and since April 2012 member of the board of SHS VIVEON AG. He is mainly responsible for the development of the GUARDEAN product family as well as general business development.

Prior to that, he worked with Sapient, an international management and technology consulting company, as Director of Business Consulting.  In his function as deputy head of telecommunications & media for continental Europe, he was responsible for major international companies in the area of business development as well as project management of software solutions. After receiving his PhD, Dr. Michael Sauter began his career in Munich as a business development manager at Bertelsmann subsidiary Webmiles AG.

Dr. Michael Sauter is a regular speaker in international conferences on topics such as management and technology and is an author of several articles and books on the subjects of innovation management and new media.

Dr. Jörg Seelmann-Eggebert has been member of the board of SHS VIVEON AG and managing director of GUARDEAN GmbH since April 2012. He is responsible for the sectors Financial Services, Telecommunications and E-Commerce in the Customer Risk segment as well as operations in Austria and Switzerland. A doctor of Computer Sciences, he has worked for SHS VIVEON AG since March 2000; first he was in charge of customer relations and many IT projects in telecommunications, later he became business unit manager with regional responsibility, and until March 2012 he was member of the management board.
 
Prior to his occupation at SHS VIVEON, Dr. Seelmann-Eggebert was as chief architect at a leading electronics company responsible for design and development of software applications for five years.
